BY SUBWAY
N/W Train
Exit at 36 Ave stop in Queens. West towards Manhattan skyline for 5 blocks. Left on 24th Street. Go a block and a half. Building will be on your right.

7 Train
Exit at Queensboro Plaza stop in Queens. Walk west towards the Manhattan skyline to Crescent Street. Right on Crescent Street. Walk four blocks to 38th Ave. Left on 38th Ave. Immediate right on 24th Street. The building will be on your left.

F Train
Exit at 21st Street/Queensbridge stop in Queens. Walk north, away from the Queensboro Bridge, towards 38th Avenue. Right on 38th Avenue. Left on 24th Street. The building will be on your left.

BY CAR
Queensboro Bridge
Queensboro Bridge lower or upper level, continue on Queens Blvd. Left onto 27th Street. Left on 37th Avenue. Left on 24th Street. The building will be on your right.

Triborough Bridge (RFK)
Take the first exit in Queens (Astoria Boulevard). Follow Astoria Boulevard to 31st Street. Right onto 31st Street. Follow 31st Street south to 37th Avenue. Right onto 37th Avenue. Left on 24th Street. The building will be on your right.

Midtown Tunnel
Stay right as you exit the tunnel. Take Exit 14: “21st Street/Long Island City”. Follow 21st Street North to 37th Avenue. Right onto 37th Avenue. Right on 24th Street. The building will be on your right.

Long Island Expressway Westbound
Take Exit 15 “Van Dam Street” (this is the last exit before tollbooth for the Midtown Tunnel). Right at the first light, Van Dam Street. Go one block and then take a left onto Hunter’s Point Avenue. Proceed along Hunter’s Point Avenue and make a right onto 21st Street. Follow 21st Street north to 37th Avenue. Right onto 37th Avenue. Right on 24th Street. The building will be on your right.

Brooklyn Queens Expressway Eastbound
Take the McGuiness Boulevard exit. At the bottom of the exit ramp make a left onto McGuiness Blvd North. Continue on McGuiness Blvd across the Pulaski Bridge. As you come off the bridge, turn right onto Jackson Avenue. Proceed along Jackson Avenue to the intersection of 21st Street. Turn left onto 21st Street and follow North to 37th Avenue. Right onto 37th Avenue. Right on 24th Street. The building will be on your right.

Brooklyn Queens Expressway Westbound  
Exit at the Long Island Expressway Westbound. Continue to Exit 15: “Van Dam St.” (the last exit before tollbooth for the Midtown Tunnel). Make a right at the 1st light, Van Dam St. Go one block and then make a left onto Hunter’s Point Ave. Continue along Hunter’s Point Avenue and make a right onto 21st St. Follow 21st Street North to 37th Avenue. Right onto 37th Avenue. Right on 24th Street. The building will be on your right.
